Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery - how to Reset/Restart the game

Hello!
Warning: this method takes two or three days since you need to keep contact with the developer. Please be patient!
How to do it:

 1. Open Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery
2. Go to Setting.

3. Click Help

4. Click Message/Contact button

5. Write a message to the developer!


6. Click on the Send button.

 Make sure to write thank you to the developer! That's all from me. Good luck!
